Thanks for coming to the forums. There are two different currencies. Microsoft has a currency that is added to the Microsoft account only. Then there is also Xbox currency that is added to your Xbox/Microsoft currency. When purchasing Xbox look for the ones
that say Xbox gift card.

Xbox Games market place shows wrong currency for Latvia. It shows old currency LS(lats), but we have Euro currency here.

Two months have passed no change
of currency

You cant

Support cannot change currencies

I don't think you realize the issue

It's MS store.currency

Not xbox currency

You cant merge Jamaican ms store currency with us currency

If.It was us ms.store.And us xbox store then you can use.the currency in BOTH STORES

but you decided to go around the region locks and. Bought Jamaican usd ms store currency and us xbox currency which cannot be put together

If you had followed thr rules instead of following 7 deadly sins forums you wouldn't have 2 different currencies

You CANT buy Jamaican xbox currency

And this is why you dont try and bypass the rules

You can only use it for Windows store.or ms store purchases

If you run into region issues with Xbox purchases with your Xbox currency contact whoever told you from 7 deadly sins for.help

Bit bottom line is you CANT use Jamaican ms store currency for a region you don't live in

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you recently added Microsoft currency to your account, but you do not see the currency applied to the account. Did you redeem a prepaid code for the currency? Did you add the currency through
the Xbox One, Xbox 360, a Windows 10 computer or a mobile device? Do you see the currency on any other accounts that you own, and may have been logged in to when you added the currency? Be sure to let us know the results

Well no actually I can't, because my account hasn't been transitioned or some such malarky, so I have to redeem them on the console first, which I can't because I no longer have, and don't plan on getting one again, ever, so even if I wanted to use them
on say games for windows live marketplace, which would be the only one I would consider using them on, as I am an avid PC gamer, I can't even do that, so I don't want the codes, don't need the codes, can't use the codes, as for advertising on here, I don't
have a clue where else to do so.
