Discus and support Xbox Credit in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Having purchased an Xbox credit fo my Grandson, He has been advised that it has already been redeemed?     Having purchased an Xbox credit fo my Grandson, He has been advised that it has already been redeemed?

    What do i do now please as its for his Birthday today..

    Cant purchase anything off the store

    PBR9039 - Fixed.

    I have both an Xbox One and Xbox 360. I tried to use the MS credit on my Xbox One repeatedly and got this error. I then purchased something on the Xbox 360 and was able to use the credit. I used all of the credit balance and then paid for the rest with my
    credit card. The credit balance is now zero on both consoles so I am back to using only my credit card for purchases. I'm guessing that when you get reward credits, Xbox somehow distinguishes between reward credits for the Xbox 360 and reward credits for the
    Xbox One. Hopefully they will fix this in the future.

    What are you trying to but it with? Credit card? Microsoft credits? Are you on the 360 or Xbox one? If on the Xbox one you can't use Microsoft credit to buy 360 games.

    Microsoft rewards points or Xbox Rewards credits? The 2 programs are separate.

    if you mean Xbox rewards credits, it depends on how many you have. Credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So it can depend on how long it takes you to earn the credits.

    Credits are deposited based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
