From the FAQ:

When will I get my Rewards Credits?



Rewards Credits will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th and 30th of each month, once you hit 5,000 Credits. If you have less than 5,000 Credits, they will be held as Pending until a quantity
of 5,000 is reached.

Since you were beneath 5000 Credits, we did not schedule a deposit for you. Also from the FAQ:

What if I want my Rewards Credits, but I don't have 5,000 accumulated?



If you reach 1,000 Rewards Credits or more but don't have the 5,000 Credits needed to automatically trigger a deposit, a 'Request Deposit' button will appear on your MyRewards page. Click the button to request your credits, which will be deposited into
your Microsoft account by the next scheduled deposit date. Check out the progress bar at the top of your MyRewards page to see your Credits progress.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month.

Looking at the picture, you didn't get to 5,000 credits until 11/16/2017. So your credits should be deposited within the next week or so. Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending.
You can also request a deposit when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000.

We only perform an automatic deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits; that is why the upper limit of the pending bar is set to 5000 Credits. It is just to show your progress towards an automated deposit. It is possible to have more than this amount pending
(and many users often do!). Since you did not reach 5000 pending Credits until recently, you were not scheduled for a deposit. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be
deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since the Credits that placed you over 5000 pending Credits and scheduled you for a deposit automatically occurred
at the beginning of the month, you should expect your deposit in the end of month deposit cycle.

Since you were automatically scheduled for a deposit, there was no need for you to request one manually, so the button was disabled on your page.

We only schedule deposits automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you are beneath this amount, you will have to schedule your own deposit from the MyRewards page. This option is available between 1000-5000 Credits.
