    Xbox Credit Disappearing September 2,2014


    Early in the month of August I received an e-mail from xbox saying my Microsoft money that I had purchased (not rewards points) was going to expire. Believing that the game I initially put the credit on would be released by now or have the ability to pre-order
    purchase it I was not worried that my money would just disappear. After the games delay again no longer during the month of August I reached out to Microsoft through e-mail to voice my concern and received no response. Tonight I reached out to a live chat
    representative to help address this problem and come up with a solution and talked with them for 35 minutes but the problem still persists and I was informed by that live chat representative to post my concerns on this forum to allow for Microsoft to address
    it because his system would not allow a fix to this problem. He also said he was going to create a case file for my situation. Here's hoping other Microsoft customers receive solutions not just another place to voice my concern. paid xbox live member 2006-2015.

    My credits have disappeared!!

    Support will check on the Battlefield credits, but for the disappearing credits check your statement on the MyRewards section if the site. It will show if/when the credits were deposited. You can verify deposits at Sign in to your Microsoft account

    Deposits being delayed and expirations

    Is there any danger of my credits disappearing or expiring while there is a problem with deposits? I have around 6,000 credits that I would love to use towards a new game. Thank you.

    your Chat is incorrect sending you to the boards. you are among Gamers here, with a few Microsoft officials in between, but all the Tools required are with your previous contact.

    unfortunatly if you knew your credits would expire and you didnt use them before, Microsoft does not have to take any Actions, there is nothing that was wrong on their side.

    though that said, i dont know about expiring credits except for that, which have been Microsoft Points before, they expire mid2015

    Why don't the digital games you buy in the game store count for your rewards program.

    You were Credited for that purchase in September with the September MyVIP payback on purchases. This Credit event can be reviewed from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    Unfortunately, once Credits have been deposited, we cannot take any action on them. You would have to follow up with Xbox support such as at (support.xbox.com/contact-us). You received your Battlefield 1 pre-order Credits on September
    8th, and they were included with your deposit on September 28th. You can see your Credit events on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    Not receiving points

    As of July 1,2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. So you would not have received credits for the 3 month in August.

    As for September, are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? If you're looking for VIP rebates, keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So there are still a few days
    before September credits can show as pending.
