    Xbox crashed during purchase and now its gone back to full price. please help


    Last night I went to purchase Fallout 4 Season pass on Xbox Live, during the payment my Xbox crashed. I thought It had gone through but when coming on today to play the content there is no trace of it, and no evidence of purchase. And on top of all that
    the price as gone back up to fill price which I cannot afford. I would love to resolve the issue if possible. Please help

    FORZA 5 -Game crashed, lost all my cars and stats

    Hi,

    I was playing multiplayer online and the game crashed during loading screen. When I logged back in 30mins later, all my cars disappeared except one.

    All my stats from my game profile are gone as well.

    I tried deleting my saved game date from the console and resyncing with xbox live but it didn't work.

    Also, tried removing my profile and add back still not working.

    Please help!

    minecraft license missing

    After the TU 48 update, Minecraft disappeared from my xbox one console. I originally purchased it on 360 for $20, then upgraded to xbox one when it was $5 back when that was a thing. I've been playing all along on xbox one since then, but now the game
    is gone from my games. When I go to the store, it asks me to re-purchase at full price.

    Please help me find my game. I tried deleting my profile from the xbox one and re-downloading it as someone had suggested on the forums, but that had no effect.

    So I've purchase it now. There must have been some error. I've paid the reduced price even though every time the xbox store screen and my banking app both said the high price.

    Must be some glitch and both only show the full price during purchasing. Then on my banking statement, after purchase, is the reduced price.

    That is so confusing microsoft need to fix this.

    Are you sure that you didn't buy it instantly and now you're seeing the full price because you just used the $1 deal? Check your subscriptions. Head to your Xbox options then accounts and look for active subscriptions. Check to see if everything is in
    order. It could be that all you needed to do was click join and then agree to it and now your seeing the full price because the deal is gone. Its worth a look!

    You're right, the price has gone back up to the full price. It's either been removed as you said, or there is an issue with it, and for some reason that is why it's gone up to full price. It could also be that EA removed it for some reason. Maybe you should
    contact them. They may know why it was removed.
