Xbox crash when press sign in button

I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

- Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.

Yes I am using v1.14.60

pressing the sign in button crashes the game causing it to reset.

It just started crashing for me too. Turned off my box, restarted router, etc.

Now I get an error every time I try to sign in. All I do is press a button - any button - and bloop! Error!

You can still sign on when that message comes up. All you do is when the error message pops up press ok then on the next screen press home key (Xbox button on controller) and you will be signed in

When you shut down the Xbox, was it a full power off (press and hold power button for 10 seconds)?

It sounds like a process on the system crashed, causing the app to hang.
