"Xbox couldn't take action on your report"

The "Xbox couldn't take action" message is being sent out in error so ignore it.

As long as you have reported the person then they will be investigated.

Same here. They say the enforcement team is run by real people. In reality either they don't give a [mod removed] or it's bots running it. Honestly just sad Microsoft.

i have the same issue...even the the person messaging me is clearly breaking the guidelines..xbox tells me they cant act on my report...it's broken..literally had someone tell me to die..had some say they are (mod removed)..and i got the same error...yet ive been striked for saying **** lmao

You don't you do it within the game or msging if it's sent thru msging thid prevents abuse

Also where the thousands of false reports against me claim start nor do you ever get told.who reported you as that's a privacy violation

If you are retailiting against someone don't block and report that's all you are allowed to do

Like.the xbox moderator YouTube video which was edited and proven false.after thr REAL full video cane out and people jusy love trying to stir pots on settled matters they don't even fully research the video as it was proven fake as he edited and claimed the audio issues was from.his Mic NOT editing which the full video showed

I literally have no idea what video you're talking about and your spelling is hard to understand.

I, myself, on xbox. Have reported someone's message in the dm chat I have with them. They messaged me first several horrible things. I clicked the message and pressed report. I selected reason and left an optional message. Xbox itself in the notifications menu, when hitting report, literally said "couldn't take action on your report"

Not at all a false report is they read the report at all. Or if it simply flagged the horrible words he used like it used to do immediately.

It was not sent through some other app or in game. It is xbox messaging system which you can fully access on xbox and on mobile at the exact same time. Both result in the same pop up on my xbox about the reporting literally not being filed.

And I never spammed reports either. I sent 2. 1 for each message telling me to ****.

So almost all of what you said was invalidated or didn't make sense. I can literally send you the official xbox notification as a photo if you want to show u exactly what I'm talking about.

Clicking on the notification brings me to xbox help center app on my console
