    Hello. I've seen in the news that due to this ongoing lawsuit over stick drift that you are increase the warranty for your elite controllers.

    Why is it that you only have a 90 day warranty on controllers when Sony has the standard one year warranty? I was going to purchase a Series X/S right up till I found out about your 90(3 month) warranty & how many have had stick drift and just the controllers
    breaking apart in general.

    To me 90 days for a warranty screams your company knows the product is inferior & that it will have issues shortly after the warranty ends.

    I doubt I'm the only person who gave you guys the side eye after finding this out. And it makes you not trust you even when your new ads say the new controller is better.

    Hey guys, this just came out yesterday (5/19/2020). I just filled it out, it looks like the official lawsuit. I'm just so baffled by the no-response and really screwing people over with a faulty $180 accessory which was acknowledged
    by Microsoft upon launch, then asking for an additional $100 repair fee if you're not within warranty, I missed my warranty window by 30 days.

    Get the PS5 man c'mon do yourself a favor. they will silence your post if you expose them like that because they already silenced me over explaining what lead up to my hard ban on my 10+ years old accout.

    Yeah and also I agree with the controller drifting it happens after 4 month of using the controller even if it's the Elite controller.

    They might silence what I'm saying so I hope you see this.đź‘Ť

    the last three i have purchased for the house have all developed stick drift, always on the left stick and i think its when you click it is repeatedly to run in a lot of games that is causing it, never used to happen but as we know microsoft likes to cheap
    out on stuff.

    yet i purchased some cheap wired controllers (third party), all of them work spot on and never get drift, go figure.
