    Xbox controllers noise


    Hey guys I was wondering if you could help me figure out something, is there any specialized controller for Xbox series that has buttons that aren’t so loud? I work all day usually and the only time I can play my game is late at night and my girlfriend literally begs me not to because the noise of the buttons wake her up every time she tries to sleep, I just want to be able to peacefully play my game without worrying about waking her up so she has rest for work.

    Are you completely sure that noise came from the controller and not from a different device?

    Besides the noise you mentioned, are you experiencing any issues with your controller? It's possible the noise you heard was made by the way a certain button/stick/trigger was pressed, or even by the controller's vibrating modules.

    If you're going with a corded controller AVOID the off brand controllers. I've made this mistake in the past and there's always this white noise/static noise with he off brand controllers that will drive the people you play with crazy.

    Both controllers are official Microsoft controllers. The noise doesn't go away after using the controller for a long time. Sorry for the late reply, I have sort of given up and am learning to live with the noise though it is very annoying.

    You can try the Elite controller series 2. It's pricey but that's the better option.
