Discus and support Xbox controllers for windows 10 in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; My Xbox 18 yrs old, and it pretty much died yest.     My Xbox 18 yrs old, and it pretty much died yest. I'm also a Steam member and want to play the Splinter Cell games, I've been playing the xbox versions for just as long and can't get used to playing them with keyboard and mouse, (just not adept regarding
    the finesse it requires to play Splinter Cell. So I'd like to purchase an xbox controller for my Win 10 PC.

    Which one should I get Xbox 1, Xbox 360 wired, wireless or wired and wireless? I'm not knowledgeable about the PC game controllers and could use some help fdrom ones that play PC games with the game controllers and if possible also are Steam members so I
    could get some help on that front too..

    Any and all help will be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

    Hey BulbaForce,

    Let's check this out. Officially, there is this nifty support guide for setting up the Xbox 360 controller for a PC:

    Now, if you read the top of that guide, there's a note that this controller will definitely work for the Windows 10, so there are no worries there. There's a section specifically for

    setting up the controller for Windows 10    . Windows 10 automatically downloads the necessary drivers. With that in mind, are you sure that the drivers aren't already installed? Have you tested this controller out in any games?
