xbox controllers dont turn on

hey there

today while i was playing xbox normally , i plugged in a usb charger to my controller

and suddenly the controller started to get hot under the left dpad , then i unplugged and pluged it into my xbox one s controller , only a few secs , then i realized that the usb ruined both of my controllers , the regular xbox one only turns on with usb
and gets hot , and the s version is completely dead , batteries , usb , and idk what do , i am not sure what happend exactly and i would like know if i can do anything to fix them

Xbox Support for assistance else you will have to replace it.

If controller is turned on if I Dont play, this controller is turned off automatically in 15 minutes, or 10 minutes When controller turned off?

When I get into the troubleshoot menu my xbox immediately turns off I dont even have a chance to turn on my controller

My controller turns of and then when i try turning on it dont turn on i have the same problem

I dont even understand why one would think Xbox On would turn on the controller. When you power on the console using the button on the console does the controller turn on? Also wouldn't the controller would need to have a built in mic to power it on with
your voice?
