    Xbox Controllers Continuously Disconnecting


    So my xbox series x controller disconnects/powers off/ desyncs all the time on my xbox one x. I've tried using 3 or 4 different controllers and it's a problem with all of them. Even my brand new series x controller. I've tried power cycling the Xbox, power cycling the controller, trying different types of batteries in the controller. I've even played with the controller plugged directly into the console and it still will disconnect. And yes, I've checked for updates.

    I've seen this brought up in a few different forums online but I haven't seen a solution. If anyone has a fix or any advice please let me know because this is getting very frustrating. Having a controller turn off and then not respond is not a good thing for competitive online gaming.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Since this is happening with multiple controllers let’s then try resetting the console keeping games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    If that didn’t work, I would like to ask, are there any 5G mobile data connection that is turned on when the issue occurs?

    The recent Xbox System update caused black screen hanging, usb issues, lagging, haywire and freezes- its the update, is DUFF or possibly even corporately sabotaged, or temporarily scuppered to instigate a percentage of new hardware purchases.

    Reseting didn't help at all, and I'm confused about your 5G question. My phone has 5G. Does that effect the connection of the controllers? Because that's stupid
