XBox Controllers Conflicting with one another...

4 is why I miss the conflict series, you had a team of 4 you could let the AI control them, give them orders, or assume direct control yourself, if the one you are controlling goes down, you switch to one of the others. The mission ain't over until the entire
team is dead. Also the Conflict Desert Storm games let you choose if your team was US Navy Seals, Or British SAS. The last Conflict game just was not as good.

Have you checked to make sure your Computer is fully up to date? Everything from Windows 10 to the Xbox App and the Controllers? Since you mentioned that it works on another computer the issue may be with the software somewhere, or another conflicting program
or drivers.

I'd check to make sure if you have any sort of macro software, that it's disabled as well as there are no conflicting drivers in Device Manager.

Short of that, the next best thing I could suggest would be a factory restore of Windows 10, that could also solve the issue.

my issue is, no matter what controller it is, gamepass games dont accept inputs from any controller, regardless of console

If I were facing the same issue I would check if my controller works on another device. Obviously, another device needs to be available for you to test your controller. Otherwise some other software is causing a conflict or your Windows install is damaged/corrupted.

^^^ This, I've heard FAR to many conflicting reports from MS saying one thing and another saying another. I really don't know what to believe anymore...
