Xbox controller wont show up on bluetooth

I regret to inform you, but the Elite Series 1 controller doesn't support Bluetooth, only the series 2.
Therefore, if you want to connect your controller wirelessly, you may want to get the Xbox wireless adapter.

What exactly is your controller version or model? Have you used it before in bluetooth?

Could you please try to connect it to your phone's bluetooth if your controller is discoverable?

Make sure that your controller batteries are fully charged and if possible, try it with a different batteries. Power cycle it as well by turning it off and remove batteries for a minute before turning it back on.

Any progress on this at all? I have the same setup (SP4, Arctic Forces Bluetooth controller).

I bought the controller in June and it paired, and worked fine for a few days.. got back home from my trip and a week later tried to use it but controller did not pair.

Now I can go through the add BT wizard and the controller does not show at all, it pairs fine to my Android phone and works perfectly but nothing on Windows 10.

In my Device Manager, under Bluetooth devices I actually have "Xbox Wireless controller" listed, but the controller still wont pair and wont show in the Bluetooth devices window!
