Xbox controller won't connect to my computer wireless

Hi,

My xbox one controller won't connect to my computer via bluetooth. now i know this sounds like one of the problems you've probably had a lot of but it's different.

you see i have been able to connect in the past and now i am unable to connect. i have uninstalled al driver, reinstalled them all again but it won't connect. One strange thing i found was that if i uninstall my bluetooth dongle and then reinstall it again
it automatically installs an xbox one controller with it but there is no controller connected!

I really don't get it anymore.

It works fine via usb tho.

i'm using the xbox one controller and i know it has bluetooth because i had it working before this...

Hiya!

Which Xbox One controller are you using? Not all controllers have Bluetooth capabilities. Please let us know which controller you are using for this matter.

When he did to me I had to put it through thread, they are updated and then even with the bluetooth after some had returned to work
