    Xbox controller warrantly


    I bought yet another controller for xbox since all the previous ones after a while 'use have started to stop in one direction. This time I would like to register the product in order to have assistance and possibly replace it if it presents the same problem,
    but I can not find the way to register the controller. How should I do?

    Warrantly of limited edition controller

    Hello, I bought a xbox version advanced warfare with limited edition controller which are already under warrantly and I would like to replace the controller (which is still under warranty) but when i make the order to replace the controller a message appears
    : no record found.

    What can i do ?

    (i'm French so my english is not very good)

    Replacing Broken Power Brick

    The power brick to my Xbox 360 (S model) is broken and I don't think it's still covered under warrantly. I was wondering where I can buy a genuine Microsoft replacement power supply. Can I buy one through Xbox support and if so how much would it cost?

    rubber grips coming off Design Lab controller

    This seems to be a regular problem with rubber grips, sadly. People are regularly having issues with them coming off of the Elite controller. If it's under warrantly, definitely contact Microsoft/Design Labs again to get it fixed. I have an Xbox Design
    Labs controller myself, but without the rubber grips. Sorry you're having issues with them. Hopefully you've had it for a long time at least and got some good out of them so far.

    Hey dude,

    Unfortunately that is just the way it is :( If the console is out of warranty, then there is really nothing that can be done to put it back in warranty

    Had a similar thing happen with a TV, I didn't use it for a year, turned it on and it was broken, but couldn't get it repaired under warrantly despite it being a known manufacturing problem with the TV.

    It sucks, but its just the way it is unfortunately. I hope you get it sorted anyways mate

    ok, i finally managed to get through the whole thing and managed to print a postage label. I assumed it would be free to ship to, but there doesn't say anything about it on the label or the forms i completed onine. Is it worth to send the console, or just
    by a new brick on ebay for £10. im assuming posting to the Czech Republic to be more! this is kind of harsh microsoft, i buy the console, which is still under warrantly and i have to pay to get it replaced, i don't mind paying the gas to going and swap it,
    but the place i bought it from told me to contact microsoft, as i bought it last december.

    any advice?

    Well what kind of controller is this is it the original Xbox one controller or 3.5mm controller? If it is the original Xbox one controller it might be the controller malfunctioning with your Xbox because they are outdated.
