Xbox Controller Waranty

I am unsure of what warranty service type I should do. There are two options send immediately and standard exchange. I don't know what to do. For reference my controller a,b,x,y, share button, and the two other buttons in the middle are sticky and sometimes won't register. So what should I do?

Hi there,

The warranty on console controllers is 90 days, if its old than that I'm afraid there won't be one. You would need to talk to the seller in that case.

Thank you for your reply. Just to clarify, with the send immediately option, I don't need to send my controller. Do I get a replacement controller, or do I get parts to repair it myself. Thanks.
