    Xbox controller update scam


    This is my 2nd Xbox series x controller that has sticking buttons after a software update. How are Microsoft getting away with it?? Anyone else experiencing the same thing? In my opinion they have built in a glitch to deliberately create the issue after your warranty period expires. This fault has been going on for years and they clearly don't want to fix it!

    Xbox can't do anything about something done outside of their sites. You could report it to Instagram though and also contact your bank or credit company for a charge back.

    ELITE CONTROLLERS ARE SCAMS, the d pad especially is completely fake like you could get a better one from CHINA.

    DO not buy. They must of made great profits off scamming their customers for this. Sticking with all normal parts from now on.

    Didn't even bother getting mine replaced. I used that controller literally a handful of times.

    Well I'm not sure where they save the money to make the profit, or if it's just a part of a huge scam to lure customers to buy new controllers. I already canceled my microsoft xbox accunt and put the xbox + 1 controller for sale. The other controller is obviously defect from the beginning. Cba to send it in and get a replacement. Its unforgiveable really. Such a disappointment.. wow.

    I wouldn't trust what's posted on YouTube because most of the time it's a scam, and also that never works.

    There are also videos of other (PS3) console scams but they still haven't been removed, though, with the recent update those videos are useless now.
