    Hi.

I have 3 controllers to my xboxes, none of them can be connected to my 2 phones.

Controllers cant be found when searching for Bluetooth devices, controller is in pairing mode (blinking fast).

Netflix app no longer responds to the android xbox remote control

Instead of providing an answer or resolution, this message tells me how to ask elsewhere for help.

I've submitted a help request on the Xbox platform and have heard nothing.

I contacted Netflix and they said not to use the Android Xbox app, but to use the remote control. That would eliminate the value of the Android Xbox app for me. I use it only to remotely control the Xbox.

    thanks for the help

    Xbox and Android

Hello viktorsigosins, for Android, you need to check your phone manufacturer and Android version to see if it is compatible with controllers or not. For your second question: yes, you can use Xbox One controller on S and X model as well.

    hope it helps,

    best regards

Hi Dave L, my name is Adam.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble connecting your Xbox Wireless Controller to your Android phone while using the Xbox Game Pass app. Here are some steps that you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Make sure that your Xbox Wireless Controller is updated to the latest firmware version. You can do this by connecting your controller to your PC and using the Xbox Accessories app to check for updates.

    2. Ensure that your Android phone is running on Android 11 or later, as the Xbox Game Pass app requires this version of Android to work properly.

    3. Try resetting your Xbox Wireless Controller by holding down the pairing button on the back of the controller for 10 seconds, then re-pairing it with your Android phone.

    4. If none of the above steps work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox Game Pass app on your Android phone.

    I hope this helps.
    Adam.

How do I fix the issue "one more step is necessary to connect your controller to Android 11" or something along the lines of that

It sounds like you are trying to use a controller to play Xbox Game Pass on an Android device, but are encountering an error message that says "one more step is necessary to connect your controller to Android 11" or similar. Here are a few steps you can try to fix this issue:

    1. Make sure your controller is properly connected to your Android device. If you are using a wired controller, ensure that it is plugged into your device using a USB-A to USB-C cable. If you are using a wireless controller, ensure that it is paired to your device and turned on.
    2. Check that your Android device is running the latest version of the operating system. If you are not running Android 11, try updating your device to the latest version.
    3. Try restarting your Android device and your controller. This can sometimes resolve issues with connectivity.
    4. If you are using a wireless controller, try moving closer to your device to improve the connection.
    5. If none of these steps help, you may need to troubleshoot the issue further by checking the support page or contacting customer support for the Xbox Game Pass app or your controller manufacturer.
I hope these suggestions help! Let me know if you have any other questions or if you need further assistance.
