Xbox controller scorpio edition

Hi i have been since i received my xbox one x on launch day been having issues.

The scorpio edition controller if i hold down the x button to power on controller and device it powers on but controller doesnt work. I have to pull out battery to turn controller off as it becomes unresponsive and then i have too power back on. Then in
doing so fifty percent of the time it just blinks and wont connect. Ive tried re pairing it. If i plug cable in it connects and works fine. Im really struggling here.

Xbox Italian Support Tricked me and i lost my Scorpio Gamepad

i did specified the controller was the Scorpio one several time in the chat. They didn't deny that.

They are simply assuming that since the system wont recognize the ID of the controller it wasnt a Scorpio edition one.

And that's odd: they replaced the controller as "controller given with the console in warranty" and the console was "xbox one x Scorpio " ... but the only controller given with that console is the Scorpio . The mistake is under them eyes.

I texted Microsoft IT on facebook and they opened again my case. I hope someone will call me to explain the facts.

 

Controller becoming unresponsive

My controller does this as well. Other controllers work fine, it's just my Project Scorpio edition controller that came with the X. Pretty big bummer.

Hi thank you for response. Apologies this doesnt help. I can get controller from my original xbox one and use same battery pack and it works fine. No issues syncing or connecting. No freezing either. But as mentioned on project scorpio controller i push
the x to power on controller and console and it works. But when console comes on im not logged in automatically and controller wont work. I have to pull battery pack out and put back in until it works. As of late this hasnt worked very often and gets frustrating.
As it stands im using original xbox one controller until i can solve this. I want it solved as i spent alot of money for my new xbox. Thank you.
