Xbox Controller RT and LT botton cannot work simultaneously

Is this happening on PC?
If yes, please tell me:
Are you using the controller connected via cable or Bluetooth?
Are you using windows 10 or 11?
Do you have installed in your PC Steam or Xinput (or an app to re-map controllers)?
The controller firmware is up to date?
And, what did you tried so far to fix this
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Could you please do a multiplayer connection test? In the result screen please hold LT, LB, RT and RB simultaneously to start the detailed connection test and post the results here. If you cannot obtain a teredo ip you should be on a strict nat, not an open
one.

I know about the adaptive controller but I rather use the normal controller. It works for me. Is there a reason why you left out RT and LT?

If I understand correctly, your not going to add RT and LT as remapping choice? That means I must find another way to use RT and LT as I like because the adaptive controller is not for me. I bought a xbox because I thought it would be great only to find
out your accessibility option for remapping does not include RT and LT.If Sony has it on PS4, it should be possible on Xbox One X so I can use a normal controller.

Simultaneously press and hold down the [Left Trigger (LT)] + [Right Trigger (RT)] + [Y] buttons for a couple of seconds, and then release them.

The Dashboard will refresh itself (reload all the elements of the home screen) shortly after releasing the three buttons.

Yeah it's not the actual controls I'm wondering if its the in-game stuff. The controls (LT/RT) work perfect in COD so thats why its frustrating.
