    Xbox Controller Replacement not working, service order page


    My controller that came with the Series S console recently stopped working. I only bought it November and the left stick has gotten stuck causing a drift either forward or backwards.

    I tried submitting a service request on the website but I get stuck in a loop that asks me register my device (I've already done it), then tells me it has added the device, but nothing actually happens. It seems to be a similar issue to this previous thread, which looks to have been an issue with the web page itself, not sure what else I could do?

    When I try to put a service order in and click on the shipping address it takes me to a page that is broken. It has been like this for the last two weeks and every time I try to get the replacement the same thing happens. The controller is still in warranty and I have the correct serial number. This means I cannot place the shipping order and get the replacement that I need.

    It's been more than 78 hrs since I placed the service order but didn't receive any e-mail on delivery challan yet, checked spam folder as well couldn't find it.
