    You'll need to contact Xbox Support by phone or chat to see if the controller is available for replacement. There isn't a "repair" option for the controller.

    If it is available for replacement, you will need to cover the cost for shipping to the repair center. No shipping label will be provided.

    If you have another controller working fine the issue is in the controller.

    About repairing, the Microsoft doesnt repair anymore the controllers, if you have bought the controller with or without the console in a retail shop and you have their warranty still available you should get to them.

    You can use microsoft.com and schedule a repair on your Xbox, during the process you can select controller only and it will ask for the ID off the controller. Then the site will give you different options available for repair.
