Xbox Controller Randomly Disconnects During Gameplay

I've been experiencing an issue where my Xbox controller randomly disconnects during gameplay, and it's becoming quite frustrating. I've tried replacing the batteries with new ones, and even used a USB cable to see if a direct connection would help, but the problem persists. I've ensured that my console's firmware is up to date, and there aren't any visible obstacles that could interfere with the wireless connection. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and are there any known solutions or troubleshooting steps that could help resolve this?

? no this is during gameplay i will be using the controller and it randomly disconnects...

Have you tried connecting the controller via USB to see if the same thing happens?

To ensure that I can provide accurate information, please share if you're using your controller on Xbox console or on a different device.

As part of isolation, please try to completely remove the battery of your controller, then connect it via USB cable that supports data. See if you will encounter the same issue.

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

5. Pair your controller and console again.
