Xbox controller on PC - troubleshooting

Good morning, just bought a xbox controller to use with my PC using bluetooth and I'm having a hard time with it.

I can pair the controller and use it just fine, everything works ok..... at the first time.

Everytime I reboot or turn off the PC, turn off the controller, connect it by cable etc, resuming, everytime the controller disconect and need to connect again doesn't work anymore.

It's still listed as a paired device but it doesn't connect, to connect it again I have to remove the device and pair it again like the first time. It's annoying.

Windows 10 build 1909, xbox acessories installed, everything updated etc

Been using playstation DS4 controller for years, never had this specific problem with them.

Hey Daniel,

Seems like your computer is up to date, but I would check on the firmware for the controller itself. That can be done on

Windows 10 with the Xbox Accessories App. The
Xbox Support page for connecting the controller via Bluetooth repeat that part many times, so that usually means its a main cause of the issue. I had this issue as well last year or the year before and a controller update resolved it, and hasn't been an
issue since.

Let us know once you've verified that it's updated and see if it's still having problems.

In addition what's ready been said, do you have any other bluetooth devices to check on your PC? Bluetooth headphones or a mic perhaps.

Be aware the plugging in the controller will remove the automatic bluetooth sync. Pretty sure the only way to keep an Xbox One controller automatically synced with a USB cable on PC would be via the official wireless receiver. The receivers have more functions
than the BT method.

Found a solution, installed a driver from this page:

My PC isn't even Lenovo and I don't even know if my bluetooth chip is Quadcomm or whatever, searched google for recents drivers (last month), and it worked.

Even I am surprised kkkkk
