This looks like it may be occurring in the game-and if it only occurring with Call of Duty, I am led to believe that it may be an in-game issue. Can you confirm if this is an error being given to you by the game itself or is this an error being given to you by the console.

Yes, ngocphi is right. At the moment, the latest free to play call of duty is Warzone 2.0

Yes. As i am currently now playing the call of duty warzone, and i am avoiding to use audiojack via controller because when the controller is on idle mode,so does the headset. This is my difficulty as i am playing during the game, the sound is gone. So i
have to turn on the controller again.

On other note, i am playing the call of duty warzone via keyboard n mouse separately connected direct to the console.
