    So, both of my controllers will start up but then instantly turn of. At first, I saw this problem today with the controller I tend to use more, and I thought "Oh, I ruined my controller", then I got my other controller expecting at least I would be able to play somethingXbox controller not turning on after console actualizacion :( but then, my other controller presented the exact same problem, on the same day, at the same time... THAT´S RARE, I thought. So I checked everything, I bought new bateries for both of them, and still not being able to turn them on. I asked myself if it could be a synchronizing problem, I connected both of them to a USB cable wired to my console AND STILL NOT BEING ABLE TO DO NOTHING. I tryd to find help on xbox support but It says if I could not turn on my controller by onecting it to a USB cable I need to change it. But... is it really a problem from my controllers?

    KEY FACTS:

    - Both of them present the exact same problem. I could use them perfectly yesterday.

    - I can start the console by turning on my controller. The console starts up normally, but my controller just shuts down (BOTH OF THEM)

    - My xbox recently actualized. And I think that could be the problem.

    PLEASE HELP MEXbox controller not turning on after console actualizacion :(

    My Xbox one controller won't turn on the console after a few day without turning on the system

    I used the controller to turn off the console and the controller stayed on after it went off. When I tried to use the controller to turn on the console with the controller the controller came on but not the console. Everything works fine after after a hard
    reset. But only until I turn it off and restart it, then it happens all over again.

    My wireless xbox controller will turn my xbox console (xbox one s) on, but will not operate the console after it is on. This started as I was playing and walked away from the xbox console with the controller in my hand. I cannot get the controller to connect to, or control, the xbox either wirelessly or with a USB-C cable attached. Also, this controller will not turn the console off. This controller may be 8-12 weeks old. I have a second controller that will turn on, operate and turn off the console, but it will not hold the horizontal so I can't use it. (This is at least the 3rd or 4th controller I've had to buy.)

    Thanks for any help.

    Also after that connect your controller with cable. And then try to turn off the console with the controller. And then turn it on.

    1. Press and hold for 30 seconds the xbox button on the console it should turn off auto

    2. Wait after shuts down to turn it on after a few second with the controller button
