Xbox Controller not shipped

Hi there,

I ordered a wireless Xbox controller from the Microsoft store back in November and it still hasn't been shipped yet.... I've tried getting in touch with Store Support but keep getting sent around in circles on the website.

Has anyone else had the same problem?

Hey there mawiie420,

Thank you for reaching out to the forums, unfortunately for Standard Xbox One controllers you will not receive a shipping label.

A shipping label is only sent out when you set up a repair for:

Xbox One console within 1 year warranty
Xbox One Elite controller within 90 days warranty
Xbox One Design Labs controller within 120 days warranty.

In this case you will have to pay for the shipping on your side through any shipping company that is available to you.

You'll need to contact Xbox Support by phone or chat to see if the controller is available for replacement. There isn't a "repair" option for the controller.

If it is available for replacement, you will need to cover the cost for shipping to the repair center. No shipping label will be provided.

You will still have to ship the control as requested, depending on the problem they will either ship a new control to you or repair it if possible.

Trying to ship out my Xbox controller for repairs but the shipping label won't print and I don't know the address to the repair facility does anybody know the address
