    I order a Controller about 3 weeks ago and it never arrived i refunded it about a week ago and since then its stuck in "refund in progress" is there any way i could actually get my money back without having to wait an indefinite time?

    This is more than likely a problem with the control less than the xbox depending on how old the controller is maybe take it back for a refund or look into buying a new controller.

    It Delivered to my address but I want the controller even though I requested a refund I still want the controller but don’t want a refund anymore

    Hi Marky. An advice? You've just bought it? It's drifting? Replace it. Look to your customer or with the Xbox support to ask for a refund or for a new controller.
