Xbox Controller not controlling Madden player

I also notice some glitches when I'm navigating through menus where the selection skips options and it can be hard to land on the option I actually want. I've also noticed that when selecting text on the virtual keyboard for passwords or chat that after I make the first letter selection, the curser then continues to jump to the upper left hand corner and it's impossible to get to any letters on the lower portion of the keyboard. The only way to avoid this is to select a number first to avoid it providing autofill text options and then the curser works to continue to select any letters I want.

That's odd. Did you test another controller connected to the console, it also exhibits this behaviour?

This happens only with the Madden?

Sounds like it might possibly a game problem in general not because of you're controller if everything else is working with you're controller like other games or apps. You might have to reinstall madden. Hopefully this helps

Do yourself a favor and get your refund now. I've been a huge football fan since forever, and I've played Madden since Madden 04. This is easily one of the worst Maddens. Terribly unrealistic, can't control your player, I could go on and on.
