Xbox controller model 1914 is not compatible with most Android games

Please help! My Hisense infinity h50 is picking up my xbox series s wireless controller as a keyboard

So basically tye problem I have is that i can't i play call of duty mobile with my xbox controller... Infact All my android games pick up my controller as and keyboard and mouse.. When i 1st bought contoller it worked perfectly fine with games like GTA, CoD mobile, apex, fortnite, ppsspp emulator and the list goes on amyways i have a pretty boring job and sometimes i sit and do nothing hole day so days like that i end up taking my controller along with me to work and play few a games to kill time.. But since the update all my games on my hisense infinity h50 now pick the controller up as a keyboard but using if for other things on the phone then works perfectly.. which suggests to me the phone has no problem compatibility problems with the controller its the games that do... So my games wont allow it the controller yo work efficiently and effectively ... Can someone please help me figure out how to fix it or atleast if it can be fixed.

Hi, that's a good idea. Could be great if you test the controller with a different phone.

If maybe the issue persists, you can try factory reset your current phone to see if that helps (make sure to make a backup of your important things if you decide to do that)

I tried it and reverted all 3 of my controllers and still none of them work i guess theres something wrong with phone maybe... Well i hope not because where do i even begin to check and find the problem... But i will test my contollers tomorrow morning after work on a different android device for to test if its just my phone or what....if its not my phone i will be back again with more questions thanks for all your help so far thou its very much appreciated....

My phone didn't update... The when the last Console update came updated it and the controller for remote purposes... And after i did that noticed that it was not compatible with my games on Android anymore even om games that worked perfectly in the past.. Also if use a app to test the controller on Android everything works perfectly... Only the games i play read it a s keyboard and not a controller therefore giving me no control over the triggers, d pad, and also x and y sticks. I noticed even using the xbox app/remote play feature with this controller it reads or shows it as it on the xbox as if its on warzone and fifa 23 its like the as a keyboard
