    XBox Controller losses connection even in short distance


    The original controller that came along with my Xbox had good range, somehow one of its key stopped working & I had to purchase a new one.

    The new controller seems to have short range & often gets disconnected from XBox, I had even got it replaced from Microsoft but the one they provided also has the same issue.

    What can I do to get better range & stop frequent disconnection >?

    No, because as I mentioned, the error is on the console board, not the control, friend.

    From what I report, where the same error is occurring with several controls, so it would not be a defect in the control, but in the console.

    Probably the wireless card of the product is damaged, so the controllers cannot connect correctly.
