Xbox controller keeps disconnecting from pc after some seconds

Thank you for responding and I really appreciate your cooperation in doing the steps. I know how you really want to use your controller wirelessly however it appears that the issue is with the adapter since the controller is working fine with other devices.
What we highly suggest is to use a different adapter or you may also contact the retailer store where you purchased the adapter to request for a replacement.

Hello, i have looked into all the steps, these are my results:

1. I think it is, as i said, it is even able to connect to the controller and receive input, but after some seconds it disconnects.

2. I removed every device except the ones that are crucial to use the computer (keyboard, mouse, speakers, LAN card and the monitor)

3. I already tried updating the drivers of every single option in the bluetooth tab of the device manager

4. I tried putting it in all USB ports of my pc.

5. The controller works properly in both my Xbox series S and my phone

I can't really contact the manufacturer of my bluetooth adapter, since it doesn't even have a logo or information about who made it, all i know is that it's made in china. What do i do now?
