    I have been scammed out of $50, as I have sent my new controller (within warranty) for repairs. Neither my controller nor my money have been returned to me.

    I have used Microsoft products for many years and this whole deal has been extremely upsetting for me.

    Please may I have some help with this issue. My ticket # is 1516509217

    perhaps smacking your controllers on anything when in a rage isn't to good for them...and idk how your xbox would be affected by you doing that to your controllers
