Xbox Controller Issue with Fortnite

I have tried that with the Xbox One Controller, didn't change anything. I'll try updating the newer controller. But I don't think the problem with with the controller, some sort of driver issue.

Nope, people keep telling me to do the solutions that I told them I already did. There's one strange thing about Fortnite I have noticed that no other game does. On occasion I will have more than one game open. Recently I had Ark open and Fortnite at the same time so I could check on eggs in between matches. But when I was in ark the inputs from the controller was also going to Fortnite. But not the other way around. So I'm guessing Fortnite grabs the inputs from the controller in an unusual way

Hello again, this is really weird, because the Xbox One controller is fully works on Win 10 and 11, as it plays on PC, has installed Epic Launcher and Fortnite by Epic, ever tried to check the control settings within the game?
