Xbox Controller Exchange Request Shipping Adress?

I requested an exchange of one of the controllers from amazon, and they shipped the replacement before I was required to send one back. I now have 3 wired controllers, and any 2 of them that are plugged in will come up as the same player. I guess I'll
keep requesting exchanges until I come up with 2 that work together, or they get tired of it.

When you request a controller exchange, you receive a shipping label within the next 30 minutes of your request that contains all the information you should be aware of regarding the exchange process. All you need to do is print out and stick the label on or on top of the box and follow the instructions on the email. Make sure you are sending the exchangeable unit alone, in your case for example, make sure you are sending the controller alone and no extra accessories. Oh, and if you are wondering, the box could be any kind of box, not necessarily an Xbox box!

Just make sure to read the full email you receive and follow all the steps accordingly.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. If you are experiencing a hardware issue with your Elite controller, then I recommend getting it replaced. Check with your retailer first to see if you can get it exchanged through them. If the purchase was
recent, then that would be the best option.
