Thanks for coming to the forums. With repair orders you get an email with all the information. Unfortunately, with controllers, you do not get a shipping label. It is also very important when you do ship it out write your order number for the repair on the
outside of the box. Here is the address for the US shipping.

most of the time these emails csn get mislayed within the junk emails. You may want to check your associated email junk as it maybe in there with the shipping label information that you will need to print off.

It would be good for you to exchange the controller. MSFT has been aware of reports such as this and they are working to address them. Faulty controllers are still possible despite rigorous QA testing...

This sounds like it’s a major problem. I bought two controllers from Microsoft and both had issues with an unresponsive, intermittent Y button. We exchanged the two controllers at the request of Xbox support and bought two more from Walmart. They are doing
the exact same thing. I bought one for Christmas opened it up and it also is doing the same thing. It came from Amazon and when you talk to Xbox support they have no answers but to send it back. I can’t keep taking controllers back to Walmart and exchanging
them every other day before they stop letting me return them. Someone needs to address this quickly.
