    Xbox controller drift, on an elite controller!?


    Hi, my name is jack and i have a HUGE problem with my xbox elite controller. The left stick is drifting forward constantly and i’ve tried the solutions without going against warranty (even though its over) and ive been trying to fix this but its just not
    possible so here are my complaints.

    1.why do i have to buy a 150$ controller, only for it to break in a year or two, i was really expecting a “high quality” controller, but i guess i was wrong.

    2.if the controller breaks i shouldn’t be forced to buy a new one, there should always be a way to fix it without losing a ton of money.

    3.i’ve seen that the controller drift has been a problem for a long time and i’ve seen little to no progress in you trying to fix this and eventually forcing people to spend another 30$ or 60$ or even 150$ To buy a new controller.

    what i’m trying to say is i shouldn’t be forced to buy a new controller but instead be told a way to fix the controller, or get a free replacement until the issue is resolved universally to all new controllers. I hope to get an answer soon by you.

    That is strange. I've only ever had stick drift on my old 360 controllers. I don't know if the standard Xbox one controllers have it, but the Xbox Elite controller sticks can be adjusted to have dead zones to avoid drift. Check in the Xbox Accessories
    app if you can adjust it for normal controllers.
    Have my elite controller set up and still drifts. Can't do standard controller. Did notice they drift worse on any COD.

    The problem is not just the on elite 2 controllers its a issue with all controllers that use the PDP program because i have 3 afterglow controllers that have problems with joy stick drift i also have 2 power A controllers that have problems with joy stick
    drift as well and my brother has an elite 2 series controller that also has the same problem
