    xbox controller does not work properly


    when i plug my Xbox series X|S controller to PC by Bluetooth - and play FIFA21...the stick seems to be stuck only in this game(it's the only game i play on PC) and i can't work through the game at all!

    i updated my Windows and controller. updated my motherboard and all...sented it back to Microsoft labs - got it back 'like new' - and still the same problame.

    PLEASE HELP!

    Does your headset function properly on PC, some headset may work on a PC but not xbox, but if it does not work on PC either then it is your headset.

    If you can try this on another xbox, if it works there it may either be the jack on the controller or a setting on the xbox

    Is the medium battery level on the xbox series x wireless controller are normal yes or no?

    I am are using play and charge kit on the xbox series x wireless controller it is are not official one but it is are working on the controller perfectly fine but the indicator does show medium battery level at all times and sometimes it does show fool battery level rather than that it is are working properly in the right way on the series x controller without any issues.

    Hi,

    Is there any physical damage done to your controller? If so you might have to request a repair.

    Also, is your controller up to date? Is this happening to more than one of your controllers? If so try power cycling your console.

    Replace the batteries or recharge the battery pack

    • Do one of the following:
    1. Insert fresh AA batteries.
    And if this does not fix it I would take it back to the retailer for a replacement. Sounds like you have a faulty controller...
