Xbox controller disconnects but light stays on

    Anyone experienced this before? The xbox will randomly cut off all controllers (I've tried using a wired one too), and will only work with them again after it's been turned off at the plug. The wired
    controller doesn't show any light, and the wireless one's light stays on. If I turn the xbox off using the button, or take the batteries out of the controller, the controller turns on shows a steady light but doesn't actually connect. Any ideas how to stop
    this?

    Hi again. When i said disconnect from the light, i mean disconnect from the outlet
    What do you mean by configuring the controller with synchronization buttons? Just attempted your solution and it worked for my controller for about 15-20 minuted before going back to its original issue with the controller light being on when disconnected, blinking two times, and then would stay disconnected with the light on.

    Do you think it could be an issue with the plug and play kit ? Otherwise are certain games known to disconnect a controller? When it disconnects the light on the controller stays on then after 10 seconds it flashes a second then works as normal until it happens again

    I recently started having this same issue with Windows 11. I'm using a PowerA Fusion Pro 2 Wired controller. Sometimes a button will get stuck on disconnect. Looks like the light stays on the controller like it's still connected.

    I have exactly the same problem. I have an Xbox One and Three working controllers. The xbox will not stay connected to any of them. So I am now using a micro usb plugged directly into the controller, but that is not working at all. The xbox light flashes
    on the controller and then it disconnects. If left alone it will reconnect in about 15 seconds. And then it disconnects again after 1 or two minutes. I have tried all of the steps provided on the link posted. I have even factory reset the xbox console and
