Xbox controller disconnecting from pc

I recently got an Xbox controller to use with my pc and it disconnects from Bluetooth between 15-second and 5-minute intervals. I Have ensured that the controller firmware is up to date as well as the drivers for my Bluetooth adaptor.

Playing the division on PC , its the only game that for some reason my controller disconnects from. Maybe its just Xbox controllers in general?

it never happened while i played Xbox before i started using it as a PC controller

The joystick has a 90-day warranty, microsoft does not carry out out-of-date repairs.

If it is within the deadline, request the repair:
