    Xbox controller didn't arrived


    I bought a xbox controller from Microsoft store and it didn't arrived, it got back from where it came in the Netherlands. I already tried to contact Microsoft support but there is no one available and it sent me in a loop between Microsoft suport and virtual
    agent, can someone help me please?

    Have you had the confirmation email actually come through and the order just hasnt arrived at your home yet? It can take time unfortunately but it is insured to arrive at your home in one peice. I bought a cyberpunk 2077 wireless controller last week from
    the website, didn't pay extra for express delivery and was told it would arrive 6 days later, it actually arrived two days after I ordered it (and I ordered it late night), so it shouldn't take too much longer at this point.
