Xbox controller connected to Android mobile device LT & RT not working

How did you connect it? Threw USB or Bluetooth? My Series X Controller worked flawlessly with bluetooth. Also what mobile device are you useing? It works on both my Android phone and tablet.

My elite serios 2, RT and LT buttons don't work when I connect it to my mobile(Huawei P20) via bluetooth. Anyone know how can I fix this?!?

I have the same problem. I think it was caused by a controller update (version from 17.11.2021). I enjoyed the new fast switching feature between Xbox and Bluetooth devices (double click pairing button).

Switching controller between Xbox/Bluetooth devices - OK

Xbox connection - OK

Android mobile connection (bluetooth) - OK

PC Win10 USB connection - OK

PC Win10 Bluetooth connection - does not work. the pairing will be fine but controller does not work.

Xbox One S, 2pcs XboxOne controller, Windows 10 completely updated.

yes you can connect an Xbox One S/X controller to an android device as long as the android device supports controllers. I know you can do this as I have connected mine to my android device (Amazon fire 10), and it works well. All you have to do is turn
on bluetooth on your device, and go in bluetooth settings and select scan for new device, then with the xbox one s controller, turn it on, and press and hold the sync button until the light on the controller flashes quickly. Your device should find the controller
and pair them together.

If you have an iOS, Android, Windows Phone or Windows 8.1/10 device you could download the app "Xbox 360 Smartglass" and connect that to the console, which will allow you to use the phone/tablet/laptop as a keyboard for the console.

But going back to the on-screen keyboard, why are you not able to type a full stop (dot, or period)? It should be at the bottom of the keyboard, or press either of the controller's triggers (either RT or LT) to bring up other special characters where you
should find it.
