Xbox controller Cloud gaming on iPad issue

I wont be able to confirm if this is a bug or not since there is no announcement or similar post to this. I suggest you report this problem to Xbox instead.

You can report your issue by using the Report a Problem app on Xbox consoles or the Windows Feedback Hub on Windows devices. To report a problem on console:

• Press and hold the Xbox button , and then select Report a problem to launch the app. Select Report new problem > Continue with standard diagnostics. If you’re experiencing an issue with audio or video, select Reproduce with advanced diagnostics. Then fill out the remaining details such as category, subcategory, title, and description.

Hello , I have actually already tried the troubleshooting steps. I have also removed and re-paired the device. I have force closed the browser. I have tried connecting the controller before launching cloud gaming and I tried launching cloud gaming before connecting the device. All to no avail. I am guessing this is a bug of some kind?

Travis, I just tested it on my iPhone, and it worked.

Tested via the created Xbox Xcloud Icon from Safari and also via google chrome browser. :/

Please, try to sign out from your account and recreate the Xcloud icon from Safari and try it again, please.
