Today, I will have to go to gamestop to cash in on my warranty for xbox one controller.....that I got two weeks ago.... this is my sixth controller.

this is brand new and the jack [Mod Removed - Profanity] out on me. what kind of design is this?! this is beyond annoying. I dont even do anything out of the ordinary when playing. I plug it in. it breaks.

this is [Mod Removed - Profanity]. I need this addressed immediately.

If the issue persists, it will need to be replaced. Click Replace your controller to check your warranty and initiate
an exchange.

matter of fact, maybe I should just keep cashing in on these $10 warranties but pour some soda in the ports to fry the rest of the controller too because this seems a [Mod Removed - Profanity] of a lot like a scam

To connect to a galaxy phone it's easy. Turn the controller on, the press the pair button on the controller, after that go on your phone to setting, turn on bluetooth and press scan on the top right. You should see your xbox controller as an option. Now
for iOS I had to buy a Mfi controller from Apple. Couldn't connect my xbox one to my iPad Air 2. I know Apple TV is getting an update so you can use PS4 and Xbox one controllers

What headsets are you using? Some mics may be compatible for phones but not the Xbox Controller.

For example the standard Apple Earpieces' mic does not work on Xbox although the speakers do.
