    XBox Contrller Not Working on SOME Games


    Xbox contrller works on some games in XBox Game Pass on Windows 10

    Minecraft Dungeons on XBox Pass on Windows 10

    I already did this

    1. Re-installed controller (with reboot between uin-install and install)

    2. Run xbox contrller test program - shows xbox contrller is working well, with no issues

    3. Checked for contrller in Device Manager - says no issues with device

    4. Ran the windows system checker

    sfc /scannow

    5. Re-installed MS Minecraft Dungeons game

    Any reason why this one game is not recognising my official MS XBox controller , when all other games seem to be working fine with it ?

    1. We would like to confirm if you are using Minecraft Launcher and Xbox Accessories app?
    2. May we ask for the list of games you were having issues with?
    3. When did this issue happen? Was there a recent Windows update or new application installed on your device?
    4. Did we connect the Xbox Controller wired or wireless?
    5. Do we see any error message or code while connecting the controller? Please post a screenshot of the issue and conceal any personal information.
