    Xbox "Contact me" Live chat


    I have gone through the process to get into a live chat over and over. i click the link to the live chat to be sent to a blank screen with the virtual agent on there. I have done this about 50 times now and the result has not changed. Any idea how to resolve this? I was double charged for my Xbox Gamepass ultimate and i am just trying to resolve this.

    Is there a way to remove the mixure in your next update

    Theytold me to contact them by a link because it isnt the enforcement team on the mixure or will I need to contact real enforcement team that handle xbox live account or use xbox live chat.

    I contacted Xbox live support chat and they stated to contact Activision at 1-800-225-6588 as the update was by the publisher not xbox. Currently on hold with 20 people in front of me.
