Xbox constantly tells me to delete my saved games

I did the full reset deleting everything and I have not reconnected my external since i have had it back from best buy, since I was having trouble just downloading to the internal 1 Tb. I don't have the code written down but upon inputting it into error\help
it says It can't find it. No worries there though. 30 mins ago I went through settings and hit restart console and I am currently staring at a black screen and my xbox is still powered and lit up. I'm hoping that I can just get this replaced now at this point
as it's quickly becoming the most expensive paperweight in my home and I can buy an aftermarket streaming device for a fraction of what I've spent on my xbox to watch YouTube and Netflix. Ive performed every DIY fix that is available and I've gotten a report
back from geeksquad telling me they tested it and it all clears but I still get the saved game message and the download stopped message everytime I factory reset or restart or reinstall any game or profile

Ok killer, how do I go about fixing that BS? This does not instill faith in any kind of cross play between my console to a pc or phone in the near future....

And what would cause this account problem? My xbox lives on a shelf and is my households primary entertainment source, it is literally used for all my streaming services......

I just want a solution that costs me as little time and money as possible....

And now I am being blessed with both of theses screens when I try to start any games.... Any other suggestions??

have you tried to remove your account and add it back again it might fixes the issue

I wonder how I never get to see that at all, must be something else...
