Xbox Console PIN reset issues

Before resetting your PIN once again, please perform these steps first:

Please clear alternate MAC address by going to Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address and select "Clear."

This will restart your console.

And then restart your console. Turn off your Xbox by holding the power button for 10 seconds, then unplug it for a few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on.

Next is to check for system updates. Kindly make sure your Xbox is running the latest system updates. Go to Settings > System > Updates and check for any available updates.

Once done checking if the Xbox is up to date please proceed with resetting your Xbox pin.

Please press any 6-digit combination three times. This should prompt you to enter your Microsoft account password.

After entering the incorrect PIN three times, you should be prompted to enter your Microsoft account password. And then reset your PIN or remove it.

If you forget your PIN:

Microsoft Account Password: If you don't remember your PIN, the console will ask for your Microsoft account password.

Reset: Use your Microsoft account password to reset the PIN.

If you can't access your account:

Restart the Console: A restart may help fix sign-in issues.

Removing and Adding the Account: Removing the account and then adding it again may resolve sign-in issues.

Restore Factory Settings: As a last resort, you can restore the console to factory settings, but this will erase all data

The Pin on Console is a different one then the one on your Microsoft Account.
