Xbox Console - Pending Order

I understand, I know this is not the answer that you'd hoped for, but I can tell you that only Support agents have the ability to know the whereabouts of your device. May I know what was the answer you did get from Sales Support please ?

Thanks for your help, but I have done so already and it is all seemingly just generated responses. Posting here was my last resort.

My experience the last few days have been like this:

1. I go to the website to try to talk to a person and it refers me to the Microsoft Support Phone Number.

2. The Phone number only has generated responses that refer me back to the website.

So I am stuck in this loop and bouncing back and forth between the phone and the website without getting anywhere.

As I understand it, 'Pending' on an Xbox Series X or S order means that your console is assigned and waiting for shipment. Baring any unforeseen delays you should get it on the launch day. Mine says pending too.
